Give a Child a New Beginning

At Kurn Hattin, every new beginning starts with someone like you. We provide a safe, nurturing home and a high-quality K–8 education for children whose families are facing difficult circumstances. And we do it almost entirely through donor support.

98%

of our funding comes from charitable contributions

No child is turned away for financial reasons. Because we’re not tuition-funded, your donation is not just appreciated. It’s essential. Your generosity makes it possible for children to feel safe, seen, and supported as they grow into confident learners, caring friends, and hopeful young adults.

Whether you give once, monthly, or through your estate, you’re not just making a donation. You’re creating lasting change—one child at a time.

Kurn Hattin is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and your gift is tax-deductible as allowed by law.

The Kurn Hattin Fund for New Beginnings

Formerly known as our Annual Fund, this renamed cornerstone fund supports the daily essentials that keep our 280-acre campus running. Warm meals. Clean clothes. A cozy bed in a welcoming cottage. But it also goes far beyond the basics.

Your gift helps children:

Your gift—whether one-time or recurring—directly helps children thrive, today and in the future.
